I’ve been living this for a decade. Still eating the dessert, still moving to my own drum. It’s just who I am now. Not because I have more discipline, but because I never shoved myself out of the equation.

Hi, I'm Mel.
Fat loss and food freedom certified coach for women exhausted by doing everything right but none of it sticking. Women who’ve almost stopped believing this is possible, but desperate enough to try one more path.
I’m a decade-long proof of concept. Years before I started coaching other women, I had to prove this would work on the hardest case I knew. Me.
Everything I teach is built from my own struggle. Not the I’m frustrated an looking for motivation kind of struggle. Rock bottom. Worn down by food noise, influencer chatter, broken plans, the shame, and not being able to imagine a way out.
That’s not where my story ended and I also know that’s not where your story ends either.
I’m not a natural athlete. Not once, like not as a kid, not in high school, not in my 20s, have I had a metabolism that worked without thinking about it. I came to this work the hard way, through my own dark body thoughts, my own perimenopause, my own decades of trying every diet.
This last decade was different. I’ve kept the weight off. Still eating dessert. Movement that’s mine. Not a calorie burn. Not a doctor’s order. A me vs. me. A channel back to myself. Still completely unswayed by whatever the wellness internet decided this week.
I know the dark places your mind has gone. I’ve had decades of my own. I won’t flinch at yours.
